Power Monitor and Control Devices

Managed or smart PDUs can allow for remote management of power, metering information, power outlet on/off control, and/or alarms. Some advanced PDUs allow users to manage external sensors such as temperature, humidity, airflow, etc.

A good example of a smart power switch is the LPC9. The advantage of this unit is it provides a wired and wireless connection to the gateway/router for remote management.
