Airzone AZAI6WSPMEL Cloud Wi-Fi Adapter For Mitsubishi Electric
Airzone AZAI6WSPMEL is a Cloud Wi-Fi adapter that can work in place of PAC-USWHS002-WF-2. It can be directly plugged into the CN105 port on the indoor unit's control board.
Control and settings are offered through the Airzone Aidoo App (available for iOS and Android). Airzone Cloud App is available in 6 languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Portuguese.
The advantage that AZAI6WSPMEL has over PAC-USWHS002-WF-2 is that it supports dual Wi-Fi communication (2.4/5GHz). It features an additional port for integration via Modbus/BACnet protocol and is also compatible with Alexa and Google Home for voice control of the system.
AZAI6WSPMEL works with standard and 3rd party smart thermostats such as Nest, Honeywell Lyric, or Ecobee through third-party smart thermostat integrations (3PTI). With the Local API and Cloud API, it can be used with any other system without complications.
Mitsubishi Electric PAC-USWHS002-WF-2 Wireless Interface is used with Kumo Cloud App for remote monitoring and control of Mitsubishi systems. It is only compatible with 2.4 GHz b/g/n protocols Wi-Fi networks and cannot be used with 802.11ac (WiFi-5) or 802.11ax (WiFi-6) routers (unless these router have been set to 2.4 GHz mode).
