I have an old Venstar T1100RF controlling my HVAC system.  It is working poorly and the keys only intermittently perform their functions.  Two dashes appear on the screen when any button is pushed.  I got a new Totaline P474-1100REC unit and replaced it, but it does the same thing. May there a problem with the receiver or thermostat and is there any possibility of a fix?
