I have encountered an issue with my Fujitsu UTY-TTRXZ1 after installation. It is displaying an error code as shown in the manual guide(Thermostat Converter Error 10.2). When the converter displaying the error is connected, the AC will not run.

I would appreciate any guidance on solving this problem.
