I have asked this question in a couple of forums with no response. For this specific streetlight power tap from Cisco (AIR-PWR-ST-LT-R3P), what is its actual voltage output. From the manual it is rated for 100-277V AC operation, does this mean it will take this voltage and give a constant voltage like 120V AC or will it give out whatever voltage it receives within the range?

I know a good a place to start would be the input voltage of the APs ;-), kindly help.
